Shaderlight render with GI

The desk material rocks on this image, amazing.  However there seem to be some strange AA going on with the metals though.  I have seen this on other examples as well.  Is this something that is being work on?

Is there any chance you can tell me your lighting setup for this scene please?  Have you got lights at the windows? Any tips would be great.  :-)

Also what was the final render time please?
