i have just installed shaderlight.

i open a scene in 3ds max, click 'export' on the shaderlight panel and it says 'connecting to server' and doesnt do anything.

how can i fix this?

Please can you contact support@artvps.com and they will help you get the software working.

On the email please let them know as much information about your system as possible, such as OS version, Max version, RAM, antivirus software etc.
