I purchased render credits and they are not showing up in my account. Restarted everything. Logged out, back in, contacted support. Any other ideas?

Best bet is is to contact support, which you say you tried. If you emailed on Saturday, I imagine you’ll hear from them on Monday.

I think there were some changes to the CLoud Rendering ( but they will know better and wll be happy to help you I’m sure.
