Shaderlight, the renderer of choice in new SketchUp book

26 March 2013

This week sees the launch of the long awaited second book by landscape designer, digital artist and author Daniel Tal.  ‘Rendering in SketchUp’ is a fabulous resource for SketchUp users looking to gain a better understanding of rendering and dedicates an entire section to Shaderlight.

In a recent interview with Shaderlight, Daniel said that he chose the plugin as the renderer of choice for his book as it is the ideal complimentary program to SketchUp.  Its ease of use in particular makes it a great place for people to start rendering.

Kate Marshall, Marketing Director at Shaderlight said ‘Daniel’s knowledge of SketchUp and expertise in rendering is well known in the industry and so we are over the moon that he chose to feature Shaderlight in his latest book.  We hope that it will encourage lots of new users to try their hand at rendering and discover just how simple it is to transform their SketchUp models in to a photorealistic image.”

To coincide with the book's release, Shaderlight are giving customers the perfect reason to start rendering with a 25% discount on any full Shaderlight license purchased before March 31st 2013.
