When you use the Paint Bucket tool to add a material from the SketchUp library collection to your scene, Shaderlight automatically assigns an appropriate finish to create the most realistic render. In the Shaderlight Material Editor, the material type is set to Auto.





Shaderlight handles all the material properties for each of the materials in the SketchUp library, you don't need to do anything else. If you like, you can increase the amount of Bump relief by increasing the Bump value in the material editor. You can remove the Bump by setting Bump to zero.


If you want a different look, then you can use one of the eight alternative material types, selected from the Type drop down menu.


Note: All the basic Colors, Colors-Named and Marker materials in the SketchUp library will have a matt appearance when rendered with Material Type set to Auto
