ArtVPS to preview Shaderlight for SketchUp at Google 3D Basecamp

ArtVPS are excited to announce that they will be previewing the full release of Shaderlight for SketchUp at Google 3D Basecamp event in Boulder, Colorado. The event,taking place from 1st-3rd September, will be attended by over 200 enthusiastic SketchUp users and celebrates the modeling application's 10th anniversary.
Shaderlight is an interactive rendering plug-in that enablea users to easily create photorealistic images from Google SketchUp and SketchUp Pro. Quite different to other SketchUp tools available, Shaderlight’s simple workflow lets users see their image develop on screen as they continue to work - bringing 3D images to life in a few simple clicks.
The beta version of the Shaderlight plug-in has already been downloaded by over 2500 users keen to experience a new way to render. The software preview at 3D basecamp will give attendees the opportunity to see the new features available in the full release, including advanced lighting and global illumination for rendering realistic architectural interiors.
Base Camp attendees will also get a chance to win one of five Shaderlight for SketchUp licences being given away at the event.
Shaderlight for SketchUp will be available to download for free from www.shaderlight.com where users will also get access to the Pro features for 14 days. Shaderlight Pro will be available to buy for $199 from October 5th 2010.
